“Who are you?” Dru asked.
Her eyes opened.
“Did they give me the wrong ashes?!”
Trying to draw a startled breath, the girl only gurgled.
With quick action, Dru rolled her over. “Cough it out!”
She spewed water onto ice between backslaps. “Dru?”
“Who are you?”
“Dru… I’m, all wrong!”
