Flash Fiction: Twilight Tesseract

In the pulsating light of a twilight world, we study Elder glyphs on twisted iron monoliths.

“Where has the tesseract brought us?” I ask.

There is an explosion of black protoplasm and green, unblinking eyes. Our doom.

“Shoggoth farm!” she screams.
