Flash Fiction: SpelunkPunk

Markhun lifted his torch. “The stalactites are moving.”

“Obsidian cave sloths,” Ren said. “Let them be.”

The fickle archer put down his torch and shot an arrow. “Easy pickings!”

A black spike fell from a sloth’s back and impaled him.

“Idiot,” Ren huffed.
