Flash Fiction: The Summoning

The big guy was busy. I took the call.

She was nine. Accidental summoning. Tons of witch potential.

Her drunk dad was beating her.

I knocked him out. Simple spell. Piece of cake.

My first altruistic act.

I became an imp with a soul.

A familiar.

A friend.
