But what we didn’t understand was that perfection is subjective. That it is a place on a spectrum, not the pinnacle of a mountain.
That there is always a price to be paid.
Those of us that bought the lie purchased an unbalanced generation. We gave them brilliance. It brought them psychosis. We gave them ability. It cost them their empathy.
