Flash Fiction: Post-Apocalyptic Windmill

The mutant leader placed his knife to Aldonza’s throat. “Do you think that whimsical old fool will save you? He’s dead—”

Lance in hand, he burst through the windmill’s wall riding a robot tank at full tilt. “Never underestimate Don Quixote and Sancho PANZER!”
