“Memento”: A SciFanSat Microfiction Compilation

Lillia, by Jennifer Wuestling

Every weekend, I host the Science Fiction and Fantasy Saturday microfiction event on Twitter using the #SciFanSat hashtag. “Welcoming all writers crafting lines of science fiction, fantasy, or any spectrum between them,” the event is focused around a single word theme that serves as both a prompt and a uniting thread between the entries.

I am continually awed by the talent and creativity of the authors that grace SciFanSat with their voices. Above are highlighted microfiction tweets that I feel exemplify that talent, all compiled from our 08.01.2020 “Memento” prompt and event. The interspersed art is part of the event as well, shared as hints of theme, inspirations, and to set a feeling or tone.

All tweets, art, and rights belong to their respective creators. No ownership or responsibility on my part is inferred by this post, just my admiration.
