Afternoon Drive

Len opened the dropship bay doors. Hurricane winds and scalding, acidic rain then pounded his EVA suit and the open topped rover he drove onto the planet’s surface.

“Nice weather we’re having,” he joked.

“Shut up and rescue me,” Ann said over the comm.
