Flash Fiction: New Friends

It sniffed his palm, and the tweens exchanged looks.

“Fantastic,” the boy scout said.

Cautiously, the cave girl petted its nasal horn and got familiar.

“Triceratops has been extinct for millions of years,” he continued. “We’re both time travelers!”
