Flash Fiction: Contract

“I’m not the fool,” she says, signing the contract. “You are. Nothing supports the existence of a soul or afterlife.”

Atheists,” the Devil chuckles before disappearing. “Like the blind telling the sighted there are no colors.”

The smell of brimstone, lingers.

  1. The very existence of the Devil, and the contract, begins to approach proof. He wouldn’t want, what doesn’t exist. This is like fools who claim that they are ‘Atheists,’ because they are angry at God. :roll:
