“Ye looks the part,” the pirate captain said, “but a blind man’s half-blind daughter hast no place in me crew.”
She lifted her patch, revealing a gorgon’s eye as he turned into glass.
“The eye of my mother Medusa sees clearly: This crew needs a new captain.”
